What locations do you serve?

We currently serve homes in Northern Phoenix, Anthem, Scottsdale and the Cave Creek area. In 2023 we also expanded into St George Utah.

Are the packages customizable?

Yes, REIS is flexible to meet the lifestyle needs of the owner. Whether it is feeding the fish, assembling furniture or installing SMART Home technology, we are here to help.

REIS Leaves accounting in the investors hands, while we provide marketing consultation, expansive boots on the ground property inspections, maintenance and tenant turnover services.

REIS offers SMART Home flood detection sensors, Noise Sensor, Security motion video camera, SMART locks and SUPRA Lock boxes.

We have found that second home owners and retirees share the same needs as real estate investors. Our boots on the ground service provides home watch services for owners who travel. We also provide home maintenance services for clients who should leave climbing ladders to the professionals.
